We’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to
gen.diaspora@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you assistance with that order.
Please do not send your purchase back.
Generation Diaspora is a print on demand company, all products are immediately sent to production as orders are placed so we can ship them to you in the shortest time possible. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, or color. We don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been placed, it is sent to production and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are certain issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
Our products are NOT mass produced/stored, our team takes the time to print and inspect each item as orders are placed. We rush to get our customers the best quality prints on the finest apparel and accessories so that customers will be completely satisfied. Please understand the above policy. Our business is not about "selling merch," it's about activism so bear with us as we grow.
